Analysis of the Influence of Entrepreneurial Apprehension and Entrepreneurial Strategic Orientation on Breakthrough Innovation

At present, there are few studies on breakthrough innovation (BI) involving entrepreneurial apprehension (EA). The purpose of this study is to identify how affects innovation. Based the theory planned behavior, paper constructs a theoretical conceptual model influence and strategic orientation (ESO) proposes corresponding research hypotheses, while using SPSS conduct regression analysis 216 valid questionnaires from high-tech enterprises in Yangtze River Delta. results show that can promote innovation, but plays partially mediating role process influencing incorporation into complements improves motivation for effectively expands content entrepreneurship theory. concludes with most important managerial implications outlook future research.
